EWF is a full-service Social Events Planner and we only offer personalized professional planning from beginning to the end. We handle all the nitty gritty details of the planning process so you can concentrate on you and your daily tasks. There’s so much involved with bringing your special occasion to life, but here’s some of what our planning involves:
- Venue selection and contract negotiation
- Manage stationary needs: invitations, save the dates, party favors, etc.
- Creative décor concepts including themes and event layout
- Provide electronic vision board to offer a clear precise visual of the event design
- Managing timelines and budget goals
- Music and entertainment research and contract negotiation

Contracting a service of our caliber is what anyone should want when it comes to handling their special occasion and most of all their money. Because time, money and resources are what makes this all worth it.
EWF is full-service event planning service offering precise planning and organization as it’s important to us as it should be to you. Professional planning provided by experienced event managers is the only way we operate.
- Two experienced event professionals handling all day of coordination tasks from setup to break down. (Additional staffing will be provided pending the number of attendees.)
- Advance arrival of up to 5 hours before the start of the event
- Ensure seamless delivery of vendor services
- Expedite event décor, catering and entertainment setup
- Track food and beverage consumption throughout the event, limit overages and note behavioral patterns
- Ensure safe equipment installation, confirm operations and resolve any failures as needed
- Station Hosts accordingly to greet and/or check in guests
- Periodic check ins with you to ensure you and your guests are enjoying yourself
- Close the event with Event Hosts stationed near exits to ensure guests are ready for safe travels as they depart the venue.
- Select appropriate vendors and negotiate pricing of selected products
- Review vendor proposals, color palettes and products per your vision and define the best options for your approval
- Tour rental companies for visuals of event equipment such as chairs, linens, lighting, etc.
- Confirm all arrangements 3 months to 30 days prior to event
- During day of the event, ensure clear communication and smooth on-site delivery with all vendors
